As a Commuter Benefits Plan participant, you can use your Beniversal® Prepaid Mastercard® or eTRAC® Prepaid Mastercard in the SpotHero app to find and reserve parking near your office – without breaking the bank.
How Does SpotHero Work?
- Look: Find and compare parking options steps from your destination.
- Book: Pre-pay with your Beniversal or eTRAC Card to reserve your spot.
- Park: Follow the directions on your parking pass to your reserved spot.
Use Your Beniversal or eTRAC Card in the SpotHero App
- Go to Settings: Enter your Beniversal or eTRAC Card information, work address or transit stop address.
- Find Your Commuter Spot: Look for spots with the blue pre-tax icon in the app.
- Book Parking…and Go! Choose your spot, select pre-tax payment, and you’re all set!
