Jeff Thoms is the Chief Revenue Officer for BRI. Jeff’s diverse career has spanned the group benefits, healthcare and HR outsourcing industries, where he has held sales leadership, strategic growth and business development roles.
Prior to joining BRI, Jeff was the Vice President of Sales, East for TriNet as well as the Assistant Vice President of Sales for Healthworks, a division of Atrium Health. Jeff also held the role of Chief Revenue Officer for WhiteGlove Health and spent 17 years with Paychex in numerous sales and strategic leadership capacities. While at Paychex, he led the development and growth of the Insurance Agency’s group benefits insurance division, helping shepherd its growth to #23 on Business Insurance’s Top 100 Largest Brokerage Firms.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science, in Global Business Management and a Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University. Jeff also served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.
